He showed professionalism, poise, high level communication skills, and empathy. He kept what could have been frustrations over waiting to a minimum. When he went to the backroom to work on a machine, or, in our case, ring a sale for my girlfriend, those in the waiting area even commented about him and his ability to navigate the multiple challenges he was presented with. I honestly believe, those waiting, including us, had empathy for him. I've worked in high level sales for years, I don't know many that could do what he did. When we left, all he asked us to do was enjoy our machine and come back if we need any more Dyson products...because of that experience, we will.
