    After many years of enjoying different Dyson products one of my first PH1 cooling humidifier broke down and sent it for repairs. The Customer Service was Great and Cliff took care of it. Looking forward to enjoy my Fresh Pure Alaskan Air again . Thank You Cliff !!!

    Dyson customer service referred me to this service center and I’m so glad they did! I was quite frustrated with the Dyson Supersonic r hairdryer after it broke the second time I used it. Jim was extremely helpful and so kind to take care of me. He was quite busy when I came in and I’m pretty sure we all left feeling like we were the only customer in the store. Thank you for your product knowledge, patience and overall great customer service.

    Came in today to drop of a Dyson air purifier to be diagnosed to estimate cost of repairs. The two gentlemen that came to help me weren’t rude by any means but they also had no idea how to handle an American Express extended warranty claim. Literally, all they need to do is estimate repair after diagnosing it. Fill out a form, either move forward with the repair or I’d come and pick it up. I’d pay for the diagnosis fee. Simple. The conversations weren’t simple and I felt like I was asked many questions that shouldn’t be asked. They said they’ve never ever dealt with a warranty claim through American Express. They told me it would be 2-3 weeks before they could get to my machine. That’s fine. No problem. The second guy even asked how quickly it needs to be handled and he might be able to take care of mine before doing anyone else’s, since it’s only a diagnosis. He was very nice about it. I asked that they complete the form and email it to me and the First Gentleman raised his voice and said “WE DON’T EMAIL”. Literally, chill! Who responds like that? But whatever the issues here are, it became clear that this wasn’t going to be a good fit and I don’t have time or patience to go through their complicated process. It’s 2026, you can email me the darn form. Then I was told their scanner isn’t working? I’d rather spend $1,200 for a brand new Dyson than deal with anyone at this location. They had zero clue. Both were nice. Not rude. And likely do a very good job with repairs. But those conversations left me hesitant that they could perform the needed tasks and I felt it would require too much work than what it’s worth to me. I decided based off our interactions that I didn’t have the energy to work with this location and really don’t plan to. Maybe in the future but I’d rather buy a brand new one and not deal with this right now. But that’s a one star review. Things should have gone differently. Customers do not want to do mental gymnastics with basic things. So I left.
