Went into this specific location after being on the phone /chat/In person for about 8-10 hours in the last 3 days.
Verizon wireless,
You need to create a communication line between corporate and your “franchise” stores. This will make you loose ALOT of your people if it hasn’t already.
I was told over and over and over that “your problem is fixed and you can pick up your phone” or “we will upgrade you to two new watches for free because of all the issues you’ve had” (just figured out they were upselling me because it was actually the promotion they were doing not because of the miscommunication between the corporate stores and the franchise stores).
I would have been a life-long customer. All we’ve been trying to do is add my husband to my plan, to continue to our honeymoon in Hawaii with brand new iPhones. This was our wedding present to each other. And it’s been ruined. We take off to Hawaii tomorrow, if we go to Hawaii without his iPhone, we will cancel the entire service with you. I can’t believe I’m even letting you have the next 15 hours to fix your mess.
