    The service at the Farmington Verizon location is pretty ridiculous. My phone was completely wiped and disabled by them before they even asked what exact phone I wanted. I then was told that the phone I wanted wasn’t even in stock. They told me they would order it in over the next few days. When I went in to pick it up they informed me that they had sold it away, leaving me with a phone that wasnt what I wanted. On top of that, they didn’t transfer the information from my old phone to this new one correctly, leaving me with a phone that doesn’t have all the correct apps and layouts that I wanted. Extremely unhelpful and unprofessional.

    We swapped to Verizon three almost 4 months ago. Since then, the bill has been incorrect every time. I’ve spoken to multiple different people, spent the holidays online with customer service and on the phone. Been in and out of the store multiple times. Been given personal contacts to get helped in the process. When I thought it was all resolved, got another bill with it still being incorrect. Therefore, I’ve spent more hours on the phone trying to figure out what happened. I have spoken to 10+ individuals since swapping to Verizon and been given multiple rates. I’ve been told that multiple people have given me incorrect information multiple times, and my bill keeps increasing. My bill still is not fixed. If I could give less than one star I would. I would not swap to Verizon due to the repeated incompetence of multiple parties.

    After being overcharged for 14 months and spending countless hours on the phone with Verizon customer service, I’m so glad I wandered into this location a few weeks ago. Austin and Alaric devoted quality time to me, helping work through the issue. They weren’t satisfied until there was clarity and I’m so appreciative of their help and expertise.

    Braden and Alaric truly saved the day. I am so grateful for their knowledge/expertise and great customer service. They both went above and beyond to get my issue resolved. They both deserve a raise!! I have been struggling for 10 days to get my daughter’s new line activated. SO many hours wasted between Verizon’s online chat and on the phone with both Verizon and Trac Fone. I had so much runaround, misinformation, etc until I went to the Farmington UT Verizon store and Alaric and Braden got involved. If you’re in the same boat where you’re not getting answers or help—these guys will have your back!
