A sad reminder of why we haven't used bestbuy in years.
1st. The laptop that we were recommended had a lot of uneeded extras. Like flipping over to be a touch screen/tablet... We never used that.
For performance, it worked i guess. But this was an end cap laptop. I feel like the salesmen pointed us to this one cause it might've been on some sort of promo.
Over the years really feel like we overspent on something that underperformed. Like a different $1400 laptop would've been far better.
They recommended we finance even though we wanted to pay outright, just so we could get $100 cash back. "just pay it in full on your first payment, no interest for 12 months anyways". To get this took a 4 hour phone call, a lot of twisting their arm about it to finally get it resolved. The $100 cash back "sent in the mail" never did arrive.
2nd. Geek squad. Called them out to optimize our already installed modem and mesh router. We have about 30 wifi devices on it and they would occasionally drop connection with 1-5 devices at random. Prompting a rescynchronize. I feel like they spent two hours on site, just bsing on their laptop.
Issues were not resolved, cost us several hundred for wasting our time.
I'm amazed they are still in business honestly. I'm all for supporting local jobs and what not, but just amazed!

Worst customer service I’ve ever been dealt with the cashier. I repeat my amount number twice you put in the wrong amount. Nobody at the door to help you to take out items. All I could say is worst experience ever for me.

Unfortunately this location has been very disappointing.. I have been a total care member and shopped with Best Buy for many years for all Audio, Video, appliances unfortunately this location does not seem to value customers. I had an item I was told was being held that I could have bought elsewhere but I had a new refrigerator to pick up so I asked them to hold a clearance item over the phone and was told absolutely. I arrived and it was not held and sold out. They did nothing to help except say sorry it’s sold out. Very disappointed in the experience

I purchased an elliptical and paid them to install it and set it up. It broke and almost injured me in the process literally 10 minutes into using it for the first time. Getting them to replace or repair it is impossible. Can't get a hold of them. No wonder Americans think corporations are evil.

Bryan, the store manager in Farmington UT greeted us at the door. He helped us with our stove and microwave purchase, with my phone case and also helped me with an old purchase of my Dyson vacuum. Staff was also friendly! I felt like I was working with family and our needs felt like they were top priority! Thank you Bryan whole heartedly!!
