Horrible customer service from the sales service. Only needed a lock opened and asked an employee and not only did they ignore me when I came to ask for help but the employee I asked help for said he’d get someone then proceeded to waltz around the store doing nothing forever I had to find another employee to help me. Doesn’t take long to find another co worker who has keys to head over and open a lock

If you order online and set up in store pickup beware. Best Buy auto cancels your order after a few days and will not let you pick up your order even though it’s physically at the location you had it delivered to. You can not speak to anyone at any locations and all support is over sea. Your only option is to re order and then they do not honor sale prices when original order was placed.
Now we know why you are going out of business.
