- JWJoshua WilsonJan 3, 20261.0My wife’s IPad had a bar of her screen go out while on vacation in Mexico, when we went to have it repaired when we got home we were told the warranty had expired 3 days ago (after the issue had occurred but before we could get into an Apple Store) with 2 of those days being a holiday. They stated it was an issue they see with many IPad 10s but due to the timing they wouldn’t do anything for us, instead offering to sell us a new iPad at full price. Apple has no interest in customer service and cares only about your $.

They treat someone coming in to buy something as an annoyance and beneath their dignity. I’m tired of this nonsense with successful companies. They act as those we are privileged to buy their products. There was a time where an Apple Store symbolized the best retail customer experience. No longer. At least Best Buy is close.

These guys are a joke in the corporate they run With their warranty between T-Mobile and themselves as a joke
