A typical apple store. Not an "amazing" experience, but what you'd expect with apple. They helped us unlock one of our phones we forgot the password on. Took 3 hours tho... Wish there was a way to streamline these electronic device processes.

I came in today with my baby to return my new iPhone and needed help transferring my SIM card to my old phone. When I first went in, I was greeted and I was told to take a seat and someone would help me. Not too long after someone came and talked to me and told me how to do a couple steps to transfer my SIM card to my old phone and said to just follow the steps as I go and then immediately left to go help another customer. So I was left waiting for 20 minutes. Then another store associate came by and helped me with another step the left. I was left waiting for the second time.. and FINALLY an associate named Tyler helped means actually stayed with me to finish the process. It was a nightmare to be left waiting TWICE all while dealing with a crying baby. Tyler apologized that I was getting passed off so many times. It was a frustrating experience for me today but I’m grateful Tyler gave excellent customer service and didn’t leave me hanging.

This store is great! I went in to fix my phone before they opened without knowing. They still took the time to help me get it fixed with no cost. Adam is a real one

So when I looked up the closest Apple Store online it gave me the option to set an appt, which made me very happy to have something scheduled as I had other things I needed to get to today. So, I promptly set one to have someone help me with my sons phone. We arrived at our appt time and a nice man checked us in by the door. He then informed us to go toward the front and have a seat and someone would be by to help us. While sitting there for some time, I just looked around and could see all those who looked like employees were helping other people. After 15 mins of sitting there I finally had someone finish who they were helping and asked them how the situation works as I had an appt but no one had come to assist or even said anything to us after sitting down. He told me that they were a little behind. The ladies sitting next to us said there appt was 40 mins ago and they were still there. So I made the point to the employee that setting an appt seems pointless. Another employee came over and said it puts you in a queue and order as to who to help next. He then said we should view their place like a Doctors office. I said this isn’t a doctors office and they are dealing with peoples health not phones and he said they work on the health of our phones. After hearing that response, something that might be the stupidest thing Id ever heard, I told my son to hop up and we are leaving. Why would a company offer appts and then just have people sit at a table for some indefinite period of time hoping someone will eventually help them? I guess if you have hours in your day to just waste time (I do not) then you can hang out at the Apple Store hoping someone eventually helps you. How is this honestly a valid way to run a business. For the first time I am now thinking maybe Apple is a garbage company that sells very expensive phones and offers you help if they feel like it. At this point, I think I’m done with the Apple store at Farmington station and maybe even the company altogether.
