As a result, I spent more time waiting than actually being helped. When I did interact with technicians, their demeanor did not inspire confidence that they fully understood the issues with my phone. Overall, the experience felt inefficient and disappointing, especially given the number of employees on hand.

The tech disappears for 20 minutes after saying it will be a few minutes. A new rep came out and told us that he figured out it was “liquified damage” as if we were hiding information. My husband said “no shit I already told you that.” The tech then got very upset and said you can’t talk to me like that. My husband didn’t say anything else and just quietly grabbed the phone and left. The tech then said “good. Leave.” He then told me my husband is never allowed in the store again.
