Nate was great to spend the time with us explaining and answering all of our questions. He was very patient with us. We ended up with a great new phone and lots of help transferring info from one phone to the other. Both my husband and I will definitely come back to this store for help or buying a new phone. Thank you to Nate for great customer service.

Came in to pick up an order and ask questions about upgrading my phone and it just seemed like I was a big inconvenience from the start. Mind you, I was the only customer in there. Almost every question I had was being turned down as something that could not be done. Did some google searching to fact check and found the answers to questions myself and pretty much discovered all the things he said I couldn’t do on my account were wrong. Cherry on top was that through some mix up, they didn’t even have my order and the phone he thought was mine turned out to be someone else’s and now I have to go to another store to get my order. Like others have said, don’t bother with this third party store just save yourself the headache and go to a corporate one.

Two days overdue, I went in. It still wasn't ready. They tell me they never do those nor call. They do it when I show up. Incompetent employee when I walked in had trouble doing it, called for help. I had to wait nearly an hour for them to figure it out.
