    This review is specifically about a store manager named Ramon, whose behavior was beyond unprofessional and frankly alarming. I went into this Verizon store to upgrade my phone. Instead, Ramon accessed my account without proper authorization and processed a transaction that sent a completely different phone to my home address. This was never requested or approved by me. After I escalated the issue above him and returned the incorrect phone directly to the store, Ramon continued to contact me through my personal phone number, antagonizing me even after I took the proper steps to fix his mistake. A manager contacting a customer personally in this manner is completely inappropriate. Now I am being charged for a phone Verizon claims I never returned. This is despite the fact that when you upgrade in-store, you are required to complete the trade-in before leaving. I was told I would receive a tracking number for the returned phone within a few days. I never received one. Instead, Verizon is now asserting I never gave them my trade-in and is holding me financially responsible. This is either extreme incompetence or deliberate misconduct. Either way, it has cost me an unreasonable amount of time, stress, and effort to clean up a situation I did not create. I have contacted Verizon corporate regarding Ramon and his handling of my account. No customer should have to worry about a manager abusing account access, misprocessing transactions, and then leaving the customer to deal with false charges. Avoid this location unless you’re prepared to double-check every single thing they do on your account.

    If I could give this store and employees 0 stars I would. Had to come back 3 times to get help with setting up phones. I was told by the rep that they can’t help me set up the phone unless I paid 20 dollars per phone for help to activate. I left in tears because I was so frustrated! Should have never switched to Verizon

    I called customer service to inquire about a promotion credit that was supposed to be applied to my husband's line. Asked for a supervisor as the agent did not understand what i was talking about. The next person came on and i was explaining why i was calling and they randomly placed me on hold for 20 minutes. A 3rd agent answered and asked me to verify my account and sat why i was calling then refused to help me and hung up.

    I had the misfortune of having Jackie help me with my new iPhone 17. Her attitude was extremely unprofessional, it was clear that she DID NOT want to help me. Because of her, I lost most of my data on my phone. I left the store with a phone that had none of my data transferred from my old iPhone. I regret switching to Verizon.
