  They are always so great when we have to leave our Sugar there. They take such good care of her, though she can be a little hissy at people.

  I’ve been taking my dogs to Willow Creek for over 15 years, and I truly can’t imagine trusting anyone else with their care. I have three dogs, and every single veterinarian there is incredible. When I book an appointment, I never feel the need to select a specific doctor—although I can—because every vet is consistently direct, kind, educational, and genuinely loves the animals they care for. I’m a very empathetic person, and I naturally pick up on how people feel about their coworkers and workplace culture. In all my years at Willow Creek, I’ve never once gotten the sense that anyone doesn’t enjoy being there. The culture they’ve cultivated is clearly authentic, open, and supportive—and that’s exactly what clients experience. That consistency has been maintained for years, and it shows. Each of my dogs went through puppy training classes at Willow Creek, which were such a positive experience—for both me and my dogs. Over the years, we’ve also had to use their emergency services a couple of times, and each time the team was thoughtful, transparent, and thorough in explaining treatment options and what was happening. Most telling of all: my dogs love going to the vet. They get genuinely excited when we arrive, which says everything. Willow Creek is truly special, and I’m so grateful for the care, compassion, and consistency they provide.

  Free initial exam...saved money on 2 dogs...needed vaxes in order to kennel...what a scam this vaccination requirement...

  Glad they could barely help out our cat. Charged us over $200 for the world's shortest visit. My cat is now losing his sight due to the negligence of the dr. We were immediately judged because of the way we were dressed and because of the limited amount of knowledge we had on animal laws. Avoid this clinic and the rude people who work here at all costs. If you love your animals and want them cared for, VCA is not the way to go.

  Highly NOT Reccomended DR. KIM IS HORRIBLE 100$ for an EAR cytology The have a zoo med dr here that treats exotic animals she treated my newest rescue g-pig SHE CHARGED ME $55 for a tiny bit of meloxicam this place is TRASH NOT HONEST( having been to alot of exotic vets in UTAH I can confirm its VERY VERY EXPENSIVE HERE STAY AWAY WITH EXOTICS
