This is basic information and standard service that the staff should be familiar with, yet the process was handled very poorly. I was made to wait for over five hours, and when I went home, both lines were not working. I returned the next day just to get my service restored, only to discover that I had been charged twice for service fees, charged full price for a new phone, and my trade-in was not applied at all. On top of that, I later found out that an employee used my phone to leave a 5-star review. That is completely unacceptable. Reviews should be left by customers, not employees, and using a customer’s phone without permission is a serious violation of trust. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional, and I expect this issue to be addressed.

The chairs that sit at your workers work desks and the chairs the customers can sit and watch them? They are atrocious. They are heavy. They are loud. They are too tall to be considerate to people with back and hip issues. They have no back support. And most of all, they are not comfortable to sit in. Which is the one job a chair has. There was a Wal-Mart in the same parking lot. I could go there and get superior chairs for $12. One more thing, a wall charger. My phone did not come with one. I was lucky that I bought an extra one. But it turns out, it wasn't extra. Because I didn't even get the first one. If I hadn't bought one, how would I have charged my phone? I got a cord. I have a cord for it. But where am I supposed to plug it into without a wall charger? Where? So, in conclusion, 10/10 for service. 0/10 for chairs. And inconclusive/10 for wall charger.
