  Oscar and Ruby have such great customer service. Me being a project manager over a huge contract. I was very impressed on how well they handled , what me and my husband observed. When we arrived there was no other customers, but us they were very welcoming and polite. Seconds later the whole store filled up with more customers. They welcomed everyone while staying focused on the current customers , never once did we fell rushed like we were being rushed threw. They were able to help everyone one of us. Before I knew I looked around as we were finishing up . I was like wow you guys handle that full house very well with no signs of pressure or stress. Very good employees you have there. Thank you

  When I walked in the store it was empty within 5 minutes the store filled up and the reps handled it like pros. The 2 reps didn't make us feel rushed while taking care of all the walk-ins. Thanks to the Clearfield Cricket store, you have my business from this day forward.

  Ruby was distracted focused on fixing her own phone rather than helping customers get their phones working. She was actively calling family member while with customers. Because of her distraction she connected a different phone number to the new phone and ended up disconnecting another phone number irrelevant to the phone number we needed hooked up. She then blamed the issue on us claiming we had given the wrong phone number.

  Son muy amables nuca e tenido problemas hasta orita que hice mi pago puntual y aún así me cobraron 15 de retraso porque supuestamente mi pago no llego hasta la central esto apesta 😑

  I had a really great experience here they are very sweet but they do have a turnover rate every time I go in there is somebody new working but the last few times that I have been in the same people have been working which is very nice so hopefully they keep these people because they were very courteous very professional and very sweet and they are who I decided to buy two new phones from because how sweet and professional and just helpful they really are
