- CSCrystal SorensenJan 4, 20265.0I just wanted to share that I’ve been to this location 3 times now in the last month or so and have had such a pleasant experience each time with 3 different employees. The first time I went in my phone was on the fritz and the girl was quick to get it working again and very friendly. Yesterday, my phone decided it was time to quit for good and I went in and was quickly helped by another woman. She was so patient and friendly with helping me decide which phone model I wanted to get and answered all my questions. After I went home I was having trouble with my cloud and phone settings and messed up my phone so I went back in this morning and once again I was greeted quickly with a friendly man. He was so patient and helped me get everything up and running again the way it should be. I highly recommend this location!! For the record, yesterday I did try to go to the location down by Walmart first because I was closer to that one and it had more reviews. I ended up standing in their store for about 10 minutes and neither employee working at the time even acknowledged my existence or even said hi we’ll be with you as soon as we can so just left and I was glad I did!

After calling Verizon and Samsung tech support they told me there was nothing they could do and that the phone had to be factory reset. I lost everything on the phone except partly what was backed up to the cloud. Very sad, I will NEVER go back to this Verizon location. Buyer beware.
