- NWNathan Wilhoit1 day ago1.0Good service but their payment system just refused to take my autopay, automatically charged me the fee and when I tried to pay for it over and over and over again it charged me 3 times. Need to get this fixed ASAP this is not something I was planning for and I will struggle to get groceries in time before my work week because of this no doubt. I am DRAINED. P.s. this store has really gone to crap cannot even be bothered to be open on Sundays probably gonna switch carriers after that experience I am not driving another 9 miles to only be told I cannot be helped (as per usual with this store) if it is not the specific hotshot lady that singlehandedly keeps this company afloat in the valley then they are completely useless just like every other phone salesperson I have met. Ridiculous. Also should mention I try to talk to a real person. Cannot happen until Monday. I try to text them says I need to on the app, use your app says it is down.

The service of the store worker was “TERRIBLE”from the first moment he said "I can't fix that problem." Call customer service. He never left another phone he had in his hands to at least pay attention when I was explaining to him. "Pay the reconnection fee and the problem is solved” I explained that I make the payment on time and correctly. He kept his eyes on the phone he had in his hands and never paid attention, I will never go back to that store and I'm really thinking about changing service company. Thank you for nothing!

I’m only doing 4 stars because the manager Aimee was super nice and helped me , but definitely super irritated with how I was treated by Gabriella.
