Not only was he unfamiliar with the Corsair system and the correct installation procedures, resulting in the components being installed backward with incorrect cable connections, The issues were so severe that the Sandy location had to perform a complete overhaul of the PC and cabling, which they thankfully did free of charge. This incident was entirely unprofessional and unacceptable.
