When I explained to the first guy what I was trying to solve he said to fix it on the app myself as if I haven’t already tried that. He then said to call customer service which is what I thought his job title is. I said whatever and moved on. The next guy wrote up a quote for a basic plan but made it almost 20 dollars more expensive then what the website states. When I pointed this out he said the website was wrong and it was the price he gave me. Do not shop at this location it seems like the boys don’t want to work and if they have to they will try to scam you. I wish I could give zero stars

Getting Verizon and UPS to communicate with each other has been a nightmare. We are now one month post purchase and don’t have the new phone and no path to resolution. The reason I am leaving this bad review on American Forks location is because Danny was the rep who sold me the phones. He gave his cell and said call anytime with any issues. He doesn’t answer, reply or respond at all. Completely useless. So after they get you to purchase the expensive phones then you are stuck with Verizon’s terrible phone customer service for any resolution. This is not ok.

I was very nice and explained very calmly what was going on. This person call me and he was rude since the beginning. Very patronizing and unprofessional and incompetent. After trying to talk to him for 5 minutes he literally said that helping me was “outside his job pay” and he “did not have a crystal ball” and could not find out why they were overcharging me. What ???? Unbelievable!!!!

The one guy that “helped” us gave attitude and then walked away showing the other workers something on his phone laughing. Another guy came to help, both acted like they didn’t know what we were talking about, when we just wanted to update our phones. Will never go back to that store, very unprofessional.
