We called, they said we had to come in so we went in and they said it didn’t show on their end that they charged us anything. We showed them the email and our bank statements and they did not care. Absolutely horrible costumer service. And it seems like they have something wrong with their system since they apparently can’t see when they charge people. Total scam.

A woman named Kennedy helped me, and I was able to replace the SIM card. The whole process took about an hour. Another gentleman helped Kennedy with setting up the new SIM card but I have unfortunately forgotten his name, my apologies, but he was also very helpful. Unfortunately my phone is still having issues, so maybe it's an antenna problem or other hardware issue (it's 4 years old), but Kennedy gave me some advice on what to do since my warranty was expired. All in all everyone was pretty helpful.
