I brought my elderly cat her to be put down, he was experiencing severe seizures, and had previous serious neurological issues. This was such a traumatic event as a pet owner and cat lover. The doctor and her assistant were extremely caring and sensitive to the situation. He was seizing when we brought him in the room and they quietly took him out to medicate him so we did not have to see him in that state. They talked us through the process of euthanasia. Let us cry/sob and take our time saying goodbye to him, as this was not a schedule euthanasia but en emergency situation. I am forever grateful for them and their empathy and compassion. Trust them with your animals they're in good hands here.

This morning we had our first visit to the clinic. Our dog suffered a puncture wound. We were waiting when the clinic opened at 8 a.m. The staff made time to assess and treat our dog immediately. We couldn't be more grateful or pleased with the kindness and care we received.

my dog had high liver levels for a year. I left vet offices with high bills for blood tests, body scans, then "specialized blood tests," and no conclusion. I went to Dr. Freeman at VCA and she was very methodical. She explained to me the steps she would like to take in order to rule out different causes for my dog's issue. She figured out the problem within 2 visits, one round of antibiotics. Liver levels normal. Thank you to VCA and all the staff there. Nice people. Heard the boarding is very good as well.

I love this vet office! Every member of the staff that I have encountered has been warm, friendly, proactive, and competent. On our second visit, my cat and I were recognized and treated like old friends. I mention in an off-hand manner that there is a piece of information I want, before the end of our visit someone is giving me that info. Communication is excellent and they are obviously committed to making the experience as pleasant as possible for the pets. What pushed me over the edge to actually write a review though was I have an appointment for tomorrow, but something came up at work and I'm not going to make it - I kept thinking I've got to cancel that appointment, but not having a moment to call; then I got a text reminding me of the appointment and all I had to do to cancel it was reply 7. Maybe it sounds silly, but this is a burden lifted from my life.

We are visiting Yellowstone, and our dog got some kind of eye issue. We drove 2 hours back to Jackson Wy, and this was the only vet that would/could fit us in. The manager, nurse and Dr were all great to deal with. Very nice and helpful. Highly recommend.
