i just wanted to give a big thank you to the woman who helped me with my phone tonight. my phone was having issues and i ended up having to restore my entire account, and nothing was working. even though they aren’t my service provider, she still took the time to help me get everything back up and running. i unfortunately didn’t catch her name, but she was so kind and helpful and even stayed 20 minutes past when she was supposed to leave to make sure everything was taken care of. she never once made me feel like i was inconveniencing her, and i really appreciated that. if you happen to see this, thank you again for going out of your way to help me. it truly meant a lot!
