  When will you open please seriously I have been missing work for days because seriously I need to come to you and at established times and I have gone up to 6 times a day and there is no one and you don't even give a reason why you don't open

  Customer service is not a priority for these workers . Charged money for services and never refunded when it was error on the employee assisting me .

  Their customer service has to be the worst service that I have ever encountered. What ever you do, make sure you set up your security PIN and then write it down somewhere. I had my PIN and security question set up for the first phone I bought from them. When I bought my second phone from them I was not told that the security PIN does not transfer to the new phone. So therefore I do not know the PIN for the second phone. My second phone got dropped in a lake and I couldn't save it before it completely died. So I bought a new phone from Cricket online. When I tried to activate it, I needed my PIN from the dead phone account, which I don't know. Customer service tried to text me a one time pin, but since the new phone isn't activated, I didn't receive the text. Can't receive the text on the old phone because it is broken. After 4 hours of online chat and phone customer service, I was told to go to the Cricket store in town. Spent 1 hour there only to be told to come back on Tuesday, July 6th. I have since stopped Auto payment to stop my service with Cricket, that's how they say to end my service with them. Now I can't return the new phone to them because I don't have the PIN number for the broken phone. I bought the phone from my online (broken phone) account by clicking on upgrade phone and was able to do this without using my PIN number but I can't return it without using the PIN number. Luckily I bought one of the cheapest phones they offer and I will eat the cost of the phone just to never do business with them anymore and I will never recommend them to anyone.

  Michael bell is the best employee cricket has in this part of the country. I am a newer cricket customer and was habing technical difficulties with my phone and he was the most patient and understanding young man and helped me figure out that it was my data that was turned off this whole time. He also got me the perfect case for my stylo 6 even tho i didnt want tge phone he made me feel better about it all.
