  I had an outstanding experience at Best Buy! I went in looking for one very specific Samsung TV model and ended up leaving with three TVs thanks to the incredible customer service from Javen and the entire team. From the moment I walked in, everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. Javen went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed, and the whole process was smooth, informative, and even included some laughs along the way—which made the experience even better. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find. I’ll definitely continue shopping at this location for all my future electronics needs. Highly recommend!
