  They had a good collection of the RayBan Meta glasses. I got the gen2 Wayfarer after being guided by a very educated and helpful sales rep.

  I will give Best buy five stars because they do what they say they will do and because the geek squad repair plan does what it says it will do. Do yourself a favor and get the high-end BestBuy TOTAL coverage/membership. Technology is going off the charts these days and you're going to need somebody to help you keep your technology together. Geek squad will do it, and yeah, it cost a couple hundred dollars a year now. It's worth every penny and it has paid for itself several times in the first year. The benefits are too numerous to list. I speak as somebody who knows a lot about technology, and I know that there's safety in numbers. The geek squad will keep you safe and running. I also want to encourage customers to beware of the brands TCL and Hisense. These smart TV's are disposable, failing within a year or two, just outside the warranty period, usually. They last a couple of years. That's it. I have now gone with a Sony Bravia Smart TV. I have a 5-year extended warranty through geek squad on it just in case. The setup through Google TV was seamless. All the apps work as advertised and expected. Very fast response time. The Japanese know exactly what they're doing. Buy Sony!!! So far, BestBuy remains my go-to for most of my electronic needs.

  A very nice store. Responsive as soon as we walked in and asked about the Lenovo handheld and went and got it for us. They were knowledgeable about it and helped us make the decision easy.

  I purchased a set of JBL Tune Flex 2's right at 30 days ago. I've charged them one time and the case has held enough charge to last me an entire month of use, which is impressive. What's not impressive is Best Buy's 15 Day exchange policy. I went to top off the case and it would not charge, it sounded like something inside had come loose. No big deal, contacted JBL and they are telling me 8 weeks for a warranty replacement. That's a little extreme, 2 months for a replacement. Surely the Best Buy I bought them from would help out a loyal customer? Hell, no. They should have broke 15 days ago, there's absolutely nothing in the world we can do. But if you buy our ~$60 membership right now we will replace them for you on the spot! Are you serious? I'd just buy another set of the same earbuds for $59.95. Why would I end up paying another $60 to replace a manufacturer defect? Thanks for assuming I'm an idiot. The pearl clutching for the welfare of Best Buy sounded ridiculous. The entire future of the Best Buy franchise was at stake over a $59.95 pair of ear buds. These people act like it's coming out of their paychecks or the shareholder pockets. In the end, greed prevails, so I guess I'll just wait 2.5 months for my replacement ear buds from JBL since Best Buy can't possibly afford to help a customer. Seriously, it's 2026. Who has a 15 day return and exchange window? Best Buy reported $41.5 billion dollars in revenue for 2025, by the way. But today, according to their customer service, replacing a set of $59.95 JBL Tune Flex 2's would have broken them. Let that sink in on how bad the greed has gotten. Edit; This shows just how out of touch, apathetic, and indifferent BestBuy truly is. They send broken links to message them, and I don't even have Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter/X. Ridiculous.
