- ASAshley SparksFeb 18, 20231.0I’ve had cricket for many years and suggest the phone service. However I do not suggest this location. The associates were not very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of incorrect information. They gave me and charged me for the wrong phone,it didn’t have the right amount of storage. When I went in the next day to fix it she wouldn’t even look at my receipt and told me there was nothing she could do. I felt lied to and as if she did not care about my problems. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Especially when I drove an extra hour each way two trips. Didn’t even get an apology. I was told the new guy doesn’t know what he’s talking about. He was nice but I guess inexperienced. The lady I spoke to the next day was rude to me and the way she talked about the other Associate.
