- SSshane swisher6 days ago1.0Over the last 4 months or so I’ve been trying to pay my bill with the app and through call in but yet the system never accepts payment in turn costing me a reconnection fee, nobody knows of a way to reach their own tech people and can only say “ call 611 “ this business clearly does not value the people giving it money! Think about it before you get service here as I’m sure you will not be satisfied!

- ACAngel CoolMay 19, 20242.0Purchased a brand new phone Samsung Galaxy A15 5G and this phone only had for 3 months going on 4 months and the phone is already glitching really bad called the store and didn't say much but to bring it in and exchange it for another phone of same price or ship it and wait 3 days for the other phone but i had to wait for them to call the other cricket wireless to see if they could get the phone in I wanted and then if so they'd call us back NEVER gotten a call back but called the manager and she vouched and tried to say we were lying that her employee would have called us back and kept saying pretty much we were lying on a hard working employee. Now the phone I still have that they wouldn't help with getting another phone is now shutting off by itself and turning on by itself and won't turn on for about 5-10 min at the most or won't even turn on at all and I've had cricket for over 10 yrs and now having problems do better!!
