- BOBrooke OrganistaJan 24, 20221.0This company is a thief. I placed an online order December 8th 2021 and per their website my order is still processing. I have spoken to 8 different representatives via web chat and phone, all who keep telling me my order would be canceled and I would be refunded. Here we are more than a month later and I have not received the phone or a refund. I keep getting bounced around and given excuse after excuse. They do not value their customer's time or money. Don't risk getting ripped off by this company by ordering a phone from their website. @cricketsupport
