  I’m new to the area and was seeking a vet clinic for my dog that I could trust with her care and my concerns. I brought her in do to her allergies and constant itching and chewing of her paws. It’s constant and was getting worse. They offered a shot which my dog had taken at her previous vet. Whatever they gave her did not work at all. All thru the night she would whimper and scratched so bad I considered taking her to vet emergency. Due to the high cost I applied anti itch on her and barely made a difference. Called vet next morning, told them the severity of my concerns for my poor dog. They said they would have someone call me which they never did! Neither vet nor tech. Called again this morning, kept saying no one was available and made same assurance that they would have someone call me. However, I don’t feel confident in this clinic anymore and wish that I had chosen somewhere else where my dogs care and concerns would be taken seriously—which in my opinion they do not. It’s literally as if she was given nothing but she continued to scratch just ad she was before. Sorry I chose to accept a coupon for free exam because that free coupon I feel compromised my dogs well-being and health! Highly disappointed in this clinic. Hope no one else experiences the lack of care nor concerns I’ve had!!!

  We have been using Vca for a couple of years with great success. Recently we had to decide to continue on an expensive treatment plan or call it quits. We decided to bid farewell. The vca staff were so kind, sympathetic and gentle walking us through our options and caring not just for our pet but for us too. Kudos to this team and all our thanks. Farewell CJ.

  I cannot say enough great things about VCA Pahle Animal Hospital! I have been bringing my pets here since I got my first kitten in 2022, and they have always been welcoming, informative, and truly amazing with my fur babies. After moving, I recently switched to a vet closer to my home, but I quickly regretted it. The level of care, compassion, and support I received at Pahle was something I didn’t realize I was missing until I left. When I found a stray cat, Fatman (a 36 lb mess), on the street, I immediately brought him to Pahle. They got him caught up on his vaccines, completed bloodwork, and helped us create a plan to get him healthier. Thanks to the recommendations from Dr. Nadia, Fatman is now down to 26 lbs! While he is still very, very fat, he has so much more mobility and a much better quality of life. We are on the right path to making sure he stays happy and healthy for years to come. Yesterday, I brought my dog Sprout in to see Dr. Nadia. He was nervous, and instead of pushing him and making him more uncomfortable, the team respected his boundaries and completed his exam in a way that worked for him. When I shared my concerns about his past allergic reactions to vaccines, Dr. Nadia listened and created a thoughtful plan to address those concerns. We decided to proceed with his distemper vaccine, and unfortunately, he did have a reaction later that evening. I reached out through VCA’s chat feature, and a vet tech quickly responded with instructions on what to do next. Today, I received a follow-up call checking in on Sprout and making sure he was doing okay. That level of follow-through and care means so much. Another amazing feature of VCA is their CareClub program. For people who worry about unexpected vet costs, it is an incredible option. For $55/month for Sprout, it includes unlimited vet visits, vaccines, bloodwork, fecal testing, and even a covered visit to an ER or specialty clinic if needed. It provides so much peace of mind. I can honestly say I have never felt more supported by a veterinary clinic or team. They truly care about the animals they treat and the people who love them. I will not be going anywhere else anytime soon. Thank you, VCA Pahle, for taking such great care of my pets!

  Had a variety of Vets here and they have all been exceptional. The admins are also incredibly timely and accessible. Love this vet.
