  I used this clinic about 14 years ago. The clinic unfortunately my dog was having some problems. I used their connect to look at him that gave him some meds. I came back. I needed some help and the lady was very rude to me back then. And told me, I don't care if your dog dies.I never went back just recently. I have two different dogs now. I was looking at their clinic, and I got a phone call from them. Telling me I would qualify for a free exam and parasite prevention. I told him I was a previous customer. They said, not a problem, it's been over 3 years. So I said sure, and I was looking at their insurance. So we made a reservation. I received a text from them. Tell me I do not qualify and would have to pay full price. I called him up. The lady was very rude to me and told me it was my problem. And I would have to pay full price, I explained to her what the other person had said on the phone. She didn't care. I would never recommend a veterinarian clinic that does not have any compassion for any animals that come to them. Maybe the vets do, but I can tell you the people that are in the front. It has no compassion, look elsewhere. It would be a lot happier

  Never take your pet here! They don't care fir your pet. They take your money and they see you just like a number of other! $$$

  I want to preface this by saying that we love Dr. Brosky and have had nothing but positive experiences with her. She always took our concerns seriously and went above and beyond for us. The issue we had was with Dr. Schepp. We urgently took our sweet two year old cat in on Monday and he was the only vet available. He did not take vitals, listen to his heart, or anything. Come Wednesday, our cat was doing much worse. We took him to the ER vet where he had to be put down due to heart failure. Had Dr. Schepp listened to his heart or taken basic vitals, we could have had this issue solved much sooner. We are very disgusted and dissapointed in Dr. Schepp. He did not take our concerns on Monday seriously and refused to come back to discuss care options with us and instead sent a vet tech who could not answer all of our questions. He is not empathetic and has horrible bedside manner. If you are going to take your pet here, I would highly reccomend avoiding Dr. Schepp at all cost.

  It is a good veterinary totaled you pets to dog cat for a checkup and grooming pet sitting and boarding your pets
