  I visited today and the representative inside was very rude. When I said “I’m hoping that you can help me with this” he responded with “If I can help you”. Very unprofessional. All I wanted to do was change the name of the account, check why I’m getting a reactivation fee of 15$, and to eliminate a line. He was not able to assist me with any of what I said. He directed me to the customer service number and said they would fix it… that this store is just a dealer. Here’s the catch though… he had no problem saying that he can accept any payment. He couldn’t even look at me in the face when he was talking to me. I don’t have his name but he’s the only guy that’s ever there. This is unacceptable and I say this guy needs to get fired. Experience was 0/5

  Maik a gentleman with a beard does not deserve his job I went inside it was 16:56 minutes and I was told to pay the subscription a very rude man said that the computer is turned off from 16:30 I wonder if the manager will take action against this gentleman a very rude vocabulary a gentleman of this kind is playing

  Sometimes they open, sometimes they don't. Like all day. Then you have to wait house if there's even 1 person in front of you because they only have 1 person working. Ridiculous
