- ATable tom1 day ago1.0I am incredibly disappointed with the repair service and customer treatment at this location. I brought my phone in for a standard screen replacement, and it was returned to me in worse condition than when I dropped it off. First, the physical installation was sloppy-the screen wasn't even seated properly, and one corner was visibly lifted. Second, they somehow damaged my phone speaker during the process; it now makes a popping sound like popcorn. Finally, the new touchscreen barely functions, requiring me to tap three or four times just to get a response. When I went back to have them fix their mistakes, the staff was argumentative and tried to claim my phone was out of warranty to avoid fixing it. My device still had a few days left on its original warranty, but more importantly, Apple provides a 90-day warranty on all replacement parts and repairs. This was terrible craftsmanship followed by even worse customer service. Avoid this store for repairs if you want your device fixed correctly.
