  Don’t come to this store!!!!!!!!!!!!!! One of the employees here was full of excuses and misinformation. She kept telling me things couldn’t be done instead of even trying to help. And guess what??? Later I figured it out myself in less than a minute. She wasn’t even willing to try. I don’t believe she didn’t know how she just didn’t want to help. Just trying to earn the commission and kick me out of the store!!!! Hope you enjoyed getting off work. Lying to customers is a TERRIBLE look.🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢

  I have to share the excellent experience I had during a recent purchase of a new Mac. I am not the most techno-savvy person (to say the least). They were respectful during all (5) visits that I made to address issues I encountered with transferring data from my old Mac to the new one. I am so grateful for their kindness and professionalism.

  Brought my Powerbeats because of a connecting issue. The rep saw the issue live when I brought them. The technician supposedly checked them but found no issue. So no repair. They called me and left a voicemail (image attached) saying I could pick them up at any time and there was no need for an appointment. I got there, the insufferable person at the entrance tells me just go sit and wait. After over 5 min (literally just pick up my earbuds) I asked her how long would that take? She said between 10-15 min. If I needed an appointment, because my time is valuable to me, and totally worth nothing to the rep, I would have made an appointment. But I specifically was told I didn’t need one. These bunch of geeks need better training in customer service. There is always a bad experience at that store. Really frustrating.

  went in early morning with a 40 min drive so they help me because I couldn’t get in my iphone & the guy we got (I didn’t get his name unfortunately) was rude and did not help was annoyed I didn’t know my Apple ID walked away in 5 minutes & when I went up to him & asked a question he was annoyed, he rolled his eyes with his coworker. Well now I know not to come here !

  I Have been to numerous Apple Stores in Chicago, Arizona, etc.- usually always a 5 Star experience. This location was very underwhelming due to lack of customer service. The gentlemen with beard and glasses working MacBook station on 6/6 could use some additional customer service training. He kept looking away while assisting with Mac purchase- and flat out walked away to talk to his friends about “inserting a Spa”- while we stood there waiting to be assisted. Eventually, we just walked to a different staff member who was able to assist and much better! Would recommend just going to Bayshore from now on.
