  Went to go buy a new iPhone with cash and some old lady with red hair was extremely rude zero smile zero apology for not having the phone I wanted in store and basically told me either spend double the amount on a 2tb phone or leave and order it myself then when I went to go ask for someone else to help us order she ran up to the host tried being cocky to prove she was right that the phone wasn’t in store (which wasn’t my problem with her to begin with) and then stared us down as we talked to the host. Horrible customer service crazy that someone like that can even work there embarrassing

  Usually in and out with an appointment so that’s cool, but came to exchange the wrong band size for a watch was told to stand by the watch bands. A worker asked if we needed help I replied “yes I came to exchange a watch band” he replied “go stand by the Apple Watch table someone will help you there” I walk over there and I’m just standing there for 3 mins before I asked a very helpful worker if she could help me out. Just a little frustrating cause the dude that told me to go to the watch table was not even helping a guess at the time but just walking around. The lady who assisted me got me out of there in 10ish mins.

  We buy iPhone 17 Pro max orange color and after two months the case discolored and turn in pink. They after two appointments and calling the apple ofer to change the case. We asked for replacement but they didn't accept. Don't buy this shit! Go to Samsung!
