- KKKaylaMar 11, 20261.0This place used to be great but: -Significantly higher vet bills in comparison to other vets in the area -no urgent appointment availability -not even open when they say they are -they don’t return calls -can’t even get their vets to show up -they push services My pets had yearly exams and vaccines at vetco and VCA refused to acknowledge that a wellness exam was completed. One of my dogs has allergies and frequent ear infections and in the past I’ve been able to just call and request the wipes and solution they usually give her to keep her ears clean and free of yeast, which she is prone to. They refused to dispense the prescription without a wellness exam (even though as stated before it was already completed for the year) and I had to pay a crazy fee to go to the emergency vet instead.
