  This store is a franchise (Sukar & Sons) store # 269. My family has been customers for over 9 years with automatic payments. We came in to upgrade two phones (Samsung A17 5g) and bought a case for my wife. The case didn't fit properly and caused the volume to its highest setting. We came back the next day to return it, the staff read a note in the system that said it requires the owners approval but they are on vacation in Morocco and asked us to return on Monday. We returned Monday only to learn the owner refused the return and only allowed a store credit. We don't want a credit, we just want the money back. Since they decided to make an issue over $30.00 case which is severly over priced, we are calling the Cricket Corporate Office to lodge a formal complaint. This lack of customer service and support falls at the feet of the owner. Corporate to the rescue!!! The Corporate Office had to remind them that a 7 day return policy with original packaging and receipt is a requirement of their franchise agreement. The owners tied the hands of the employees by locking the system so refunds cannot happen. I think Corporate will have to audit this particular franchisee and all of their stores due their poor business practices. This experience should not reflect poorly on the staff, they were awesome. I will find a different franchise to work with moving forward.

  Went to store to change service from AT&T. Was told I did not qualify for discounted phones on Cricket web site which is a lie. Do not go to this store. Go to the store in Milwaukee and get correct information.

  Oh my god the best service ever he was vary accurate gave great detail information we purchased a phone and a plan vary fast less than 10 min. Vary pleased with our service Javier was the best help in this town need more people like him .we appreciate your time Javier. Thanks so much

  Filthy store poor selection and no one spoke fluent English. Humidor was moldy and disgusting. No purchase for me.
