  Went there to get help with transferring from sim to eSIM. The employee who “helped” me was very rude and would not listen to anything I said or even what his coworker was trying to tell him about my situation. He asked for my phone number when he was trying to access the account (which is under my parents number, not mine) and then told me he couldn’t help me. Will never be going back to this Cricket location. I will drive elsewhere and get better service. Someone needs to educate this employee more so he actually knows what he’s doing instead of just being rude.

  Was there today to add three phones from T-mobil. They had a Samsung A37 advertised for free. It rang up at 100 per phone. Store staff were very helpful but corporate wouldn't honor their advertised price. Wisconsin laws requires them to honor lowest advertised price. Spent an hour and a half waiting on an answer from corporate. Will be filing a complaint with DATCP.

  Very helpful on getting us switched over to cricket. Couldnt be happier
