  Cellphone Service average, Customer Service sucks! I had Cricket for 2 years never missed a payment until recently. I was on auto pay and my bill was due, well long story short my linked bank card was disabled when Cricket tried to withdrawal my monthly dollar amount owed in which was denied due to my card being locked. I hadn't received any text alert or email reminding me my autopayment and bank card was about to be charged for the withdrawal of money. So instead Cricket decided to suspend my account and turn my cell phone account/line off. Then only after 2 days since Cricket suspended my phone line did they tell me the only way I could get my phone turned back on and get unsuspended was to pay my monthly bill, plus, then they tried to charge me $35 dollars as a reinstatement fee for my account to be back active. I told her bye...never again would I go to Cricket,

  I came in and upgraded my phone recently and the guy bara was very knowledgeable and patient with my endless questions. He went above and beyond to make sure all of my data was transferred over. I recommend this location to everyone I know that uses cricket
