I visited this location for help transferring my phone number to a new device. The employee was not directly disrespectful, but his attitude, gestures, and responses made it seem like he did not want to assist us. Customers should feel comfortable asking questions without making an employee appear annoyed. I have been a Cricket customer for over six years and have no issues with the company or its service. My concern is specifically with the poor customer service at this location.

The location I went to wasn't very helpful. Like the location back in my home town Rockford Illinois on East state much better. They are very knowledgeable
