  If I could give this a 0 I would. Been a customer for years & never had a problem till now. Had an issue come up yesterday where the phone is saying no Sim card/no service. The time on the door says open m-f 10-8. Open sat at 10. I get there Friday night at 730 to get the issue resolved...closed. go there this morning at 10am when they're supposed to be open. Customers are standing outside to be taken care of. Store not open. Employee comes out to say that they're won't open till 11. I have to be at work at 11 & need my phone. This problem needs to be rectified or you'll end up losing a long time customer

  I've been a Cricket Wireless customer for a long time, always owning my device rather than getting one on a plan. I recently upgraded and stopped in the store to do my data transfer, just in case there were any hiccups along the way. I never did catch her name, but the employee that day was cordial, welcoming and helpful, never making me feel like my task there was any inconvenience even though I bought nothing that day.

  Have had several problems with the Senior Manager, he constantly boasts about his experience but severally lacks in knowledge, he lacks serious experience in Customer Service Relations. I would suggest asking for Jennifer she really is great and goes out of her way to help you with any problems your having and you won't have to put up with any rude arrogance!!! She really does have magic fingers when it comes to setting up your phone. Other than the Know it all Senior Mgr. Cricket has been very convenient and a pleasant place to go for my family.

  I have been with Cricket Wireless for over 7 years and never once had a problem until I stopped at this location. Was "assisted" by Brittany, she was extremely rude, short with me, very unprofessional and did not want to help me with my problem. She dropped my phone more than once and repeatedly dropped the f bomb. If you need assistance with your cricket service i would recommend stopping in a different location.

  My wife got her cell phone here and she seems to like it. I just have a cheap Trac phone and here coverage area and reception is usually better than mine. But it depends on what you're looking for with a cell carrier. Nobody is really cheap and you generally get what you pay for. But please stop buying your five year olds cell phones. Nobody needs Snap chat at that age. Give them a stick and send them outside.
