- LBLori BanachDec 20, 20175.0Love, love, love Kalia! She is one of THE best customer service representatives I have ever dealt with. She is polite, funny, knows the merchandise and makes sure that her customers have had their questions answered and concerns solved before they leave the store. She is an asset to the store and company. I switched from Strait Talk because of her.
