  Sadly our most recent visits here ended with euthanasia, but the staff could not be more kind and supportive. Our beloved 10 year old cat became very ill, and we made the heart breaking decision to euthanize. It was a brutal few hours, and the vet and staff were so kind and supportive, and did get her comfortable, and we were able to say goodbye with her clearly no longer in distress. They have also, in the past, both successfully treated our dog Remi to go home, and years later helped us say goodbye to her at 13 when an unexpected internal bleed occured. In that case, they helped us to gather our family in a supportive environment to say goodbye to her. Can't say enough good things about these guys, and so glad they are there for us. Thanks for all you do.

  My dog had been diagnosed with a soft tissue sarcoma and the VCA team was incredibly helpful in explaining all of the options and performing the tumor removal. Thankfully we were able to treat the cancer early and he is now cancer free! Thank you to the VCA team for saving my puppers

  The staff that we worked with were very kind and the vets seemed knowledgeable. We brought our cat here to try to save her from kidney failure, and unfortunately she was just too old and it was her time, but the staff made the whole process go smoothly and respectfully, and did everything they could to help her. They even made us some ink paw prints and sent us a sympathy card with handwritten messages. They also had large vending machines with a nice array of snacks and drinks, as well as things to keep kids busy in the lobby, so if you need to spend a while here, that's pretty nice.

  We have had to go here several times for several different emergencies with our cats, and they have been very helpful every single time. It is not hyperbole to say that they are saving the lives of pets and animals every single day. I've seen some tough cases walk in while I have been waiting for our cat(s) to be seen, and they have always been professional, straightforward, and courteous. Our greater Madison area community is made better and a safer place for pets by having this VCA Clinic here. Thank you for all that you do!!!

  From the start of our experience with a phone call and continuing through our visit, the staff was very kind and warm. We know their jobs must be very difficult to often be the barer of bad news. We thank everyone for helping us through such a difficult goodbye with our beloved pet.
