  If zero stars were an option that would be my rating for today's experience. I have been a long-term customer, we have five cricket lines in my family alone. I probably purchase 6-10 phones a year outright. Yesterday I had an awesome experience when I came in to replace a damaged device, the sales rep was someone I was familiar with and always provides amazing care. Today I lost that replacement while attending funeral services for a loved one. When I noticed my phone gone I had twenty minutes to arrive at Cricket to get a new one. I arrived at the store at 7:51 on my clock, the property is under heavy surveillance if you wish to confirm, and found the neon open light lit but the front entrance locked. The sales rep was at the register doing what appeared to be his end of day sales report/deposit slip, licking the envelope specifically. He made eye contact with me when he heard me knock on the door, I pointed at the posted hours and he proceeded to slice across his throat with his hand, while shaking his head and then turned his entire body to return to what he was doing, ignoring my presence completely. I knocked again, asking through the glass to please, embarrassingly begging really, allow me a face to face conversation, I mean I made it before closing. I got absolutely no response whatsoever. I then stopped two random people, I collected witness information for reference, to verify the current time. They looked at their mobile devices and stated it was 7:55, I had already been there a good 2-3 minutes. I do not understand why, I, a long-term, cash paying customer, or any customer really, was not worthy of a conversation or an open door. What would I have done if he explained sales were ran for the day and he could not, at that point, assist me even if he wanted to. I think, worse case scenerio, defeated anyways, I would have been empathic to his position and I would have left disappointed, returning with my money at open tomorrow. Instead what I experienced was not only embarrassing but hard to cope with on top of losing a loved one. To make matters worse I am on call in case of emergencies at work, I work for the city. I can't fullfill my responsibilities because your sales person failed to handle his. What your sales rep demonstrated was a complete lack of human care, he was behaving selfishly and not living up to his responsibility as an employee. Two other customers approached, before closing, and were sent a way as well. The character and care demonstrated is the epitome of what is wrong with society today. Too many of us do our part, we follow the rules and show up on time. We aren't looking for special care, a discount or extended time. All I wanted was the respect and treatment any paying customer deserves and was denied. Lord knows I'll be fine but I refuse to not shed a little light on your business operation. The entire incident will be documented on surveillance, looking into the neighboring businesses personally. There's not a piece of that property not documented. Look into it, I am pretty confident you've got your own video you can check out too. I wonder how many times a week this happens and how much money each day is lost to those last minute, rushing to keep up with life patrons that aren't afforded the right to your documented hours of operation? I'd review surveillance, report processing times and start doing some math. I am sure once you realize that your profit is affected you might care enough to take action.
