- CLChar LodlMay 12, 20261.0Very disappointed in their customer service. I personally went in to discuss why a payment had been retracted causing a late notice. I provided receipt of payment that I made in person. I was promised by Dee she would get back to me. Was also promised via the app/chat someone would get back to me. Now I'm charged interest. I have left numerous messages. This is the 2nd time I've received poor service. I'll shop local from now on. They care for their customers.

After I was almost ready to leave but came back near the phones, I was approached by a blue customer service agent named Brandon. He was very professional , friendly, and helpful in assisting me in the purchase of my phone and transfer of my service and data to the new phone. The process was lengthy since I was transferring from an older phone but Brandon was extremely patient and made this a very satisfactory experience as well as suggesting other products for my phone, which were useful.
