  Only reason 3 stars and not 1, it was quick... A little too quick... Set up purchase online, went in at my scheduled appointment time (on lunch break) and was out in 20 minutes. I did not set up the new phone and the "Genius" said I just had to restore from backup (I asked)... Nope need a code sent to the old phone to start the new one. My phone was reset because it was a trade in and I can't get the code now I have to go to T-Mobile and I'm without a phone until I do... I called the store to tell them to make sure they do that before they let T-Mobile customers reset their phone and leave. No accountability and he said everything but okay. Long story short, genius is probably not a good name for the associates.

  I'd like to say I've had pretty decent service every time I've gone. However my wife had recently gone in with her mom (who is not a native English speaker) and not only were the staff rude, they were also unhelpful that my wife had to take an additional 3 hours of her day to help her mom because the staff member "wasn't trained" on the newest watch. Maybe hop on youtube real quick buddy it's not like it's your job to be helpful ¿? Anyways in summary these people are not helpful if you don't look like a sheet of 8.5x11 printer paper.

  If I could’ve give them 0 I could. I am not a consumer I am actually one of them. I am part of the excellent program, Apple champion+ for 2 years now. I came in the repair iPad Pro M2, that it is utilized for business. I came in with the idea it will be replaced within a 5-7days. Nope, they blandly told me, “we don’t know when it is going to arrived”, so you are telling me you guys don’t have a replacement for 1,300$ iPad Pro ? They cloud not give me a proper answer why. They brushed it off as if nothing. No loner, no substitute, no express replacement just an answer that made no sense. I hope I don’t ever have to come here again. After this I am going to consider not renewing my contract with Apple.

  I literally should have purchased the Apple Watch online and not gone in. I took my mom to buy her an Apple Watch for Mother’s Day, I was hoping to get someone that speaks Spanish. They were busy so someone else helped us, this person all he did was do the transaction. He did not help us set up her Apple Watch because her phone needed to be updated, isn’t that what the employees are supposed to help people with? I told him she was not tech savvy and they still expected me to help her through the process myself. This guy just took our money and left us there. Will literally never go to this store again and will just buy online. Why have so many employees if you’re not actually going to teach people how to use the devices you’re selling? Then the employee who does speak Spanish approached us and asked us if we needed help. I told him I was hoping he can help my mom since he speaks Spanish and show her the basics on how to use her Apple Watch. His response was “I don’t know much about the product and this other person can teach you he’s the teacher here and we can use Google Translate, he’s the expert and I just sell products” like ??? He was no help either, just such a disappointing experience.

  Bought a iPhone 15 3 months ago a piece of my charger broke off in the charge port asked if they could get this piece out they stated they didn’t have the tools to work on charge ports, curious since this is an Apple Store they just offered to replace the charge port for $300 dollars. So I spent an hour round trip driving to get a simple repair done they nice lady said “our most experienced tech says there is nothing that they can do besides replace the charge port) went home used an exato knife had the piece out in 10 minutes I normally do not write reviews, but this upset me quite a bit instead of taking the time to try to solve a problem. The solution is to try to charge people for more not fond of that. I will say the upbeat African American lady was very nice and tired to help me as much as she could and that the best part of the whole experience was talking with her. Do better apple.
