  I have been surprised at how poor this store is and the broader apple system. It has gone down from the past. My computer has been with them for two weeks and the online update system says it’s still waiting. When I try to call the local store to get an update during operating hours, they did not pick up. So the system sent me to the 1-800 number and the national system has no way to contact the local store when they realized I had a legitimate complaint about the local store. The system is incompetent and the local store is delinquent. Basically I have no way to know why a repair is taking now three weeks. Why have I invested thousands into apple for such poor customer care?

  Very surprised at the low rating at this Apple Store. While on my way to the wilderness of northern Wisconsin, brought in my iPad with a malfunctioning screen and the staff went above and beyond getting me back up and running again. Shout out to Alfredo and Barbara, both are fine examples of what makes Apple a great company.

  Couldn’t tell who the workers were got there at 10:30 AM and they open at 10 and there was already a three hour wait time unbelievable

  Went in to buy an I pad because my iPod took a crap on me we had great service the gentleman who helped me was named Willie very knowledgeable very friendly and a answered all of my questions he definitely went above and beyond the other gentleman was Dane again another outstanding person to deal with very helpful excellent place will definitely go back
