  We were treated with compassion, patience, and kindness on one of our hardest days when we unexpectedly had to put our sweet Darcy down. Everyone we interacted with was professional and gave us as much time as we need to say goodbye.

  Called 4 other places that had several hour waits, but they got my cat in right away, patched him up, and he's resting comfortably. Very grateful for their attentiveness and professionalism!

  Had to take my dog there tonight for a very red and itchy ear along with a runny eye. I was the first one there when they opened as the vet said they couldn't fit him in. I waited in the ER for an hour so I decided to give up and go home. There were quite a few very sick a animals and I didn't say anything but there were 2 vets there that kept going in and out and neither 1 so much as even looked my way.

  My sweet little 15 year old miniature poodle and I had such a pleasant experience when we were there several times, the whole entire staff is very friendly and caring and the doctor listened to all my questions patiently with care compassion, and they helped him! And I was so relieved to be able to go there and they also helped me with some things that I needed which I will be forever grateful for, thanks to them my little boy is doing better and that is huge weight off of my heart and mind and shoulders is he is my life and all I have sure it might be a little more expensive but all emergency vets are like that but they're really good at what they do ans I give them the highest recommendation I can.   Waited 4hrs, lobby completely changed over by the time we were seen. Was told we were next in line 2 hours before actually being seen. Worst of all, we waited 4 hours for nothing. Once finally in the room, we were told there's nothing they can do for aggressive malignant tumors (growing quickly everyday). This could have been explained upon arrival.
