  We called ahead and while I’m sure it’s not always the case, we were able to walk in and get assistance right away. Everyone was incredibly nice and supportive. I was very nervous about the whole process as we were monitoring our dog all day and I was anxious we’d have to end up taking her in overnight. Fees were very up front and discussed before anything was done so we knew exactly what to expect. Zero pushing of any tests, diagnostics etc that we did not think was necessary and no judgment about anything we didn’t want. Treatment helped my dog pull through. Very grateful for everyone there and would highly recommend!

  Im so disappointed in this clinic. My son brought his dog in last night with a blockage. They did great at treating him. BUT he needed surgery ASAP this morning. Trying to get his records was a joke. We got 'all his stuff didn't get scanned last night because they closed at 1am' okaaaayyyy BUT you had no issue collecting your money! Should NOT have had to stress this morning trying to set up a surgery. Thank God for our own vet for saving his life today with her own xrays and blood work. Madison location is amazing! We will not be going back to the janesville location, ever!

  I had to take my dog Mila there for bloody stool. From the phone call to the end of our 2nd visit, everyone was absolutely compassionate & kind! They showed so much love to my dog! The vet, Mykayla, was very positive, confident, enthusiastic, informative, patient, & supportive! She made the stress of my dog's sickness bearable. She was reasonable regarding the treatment moving forward & when I brought Mila back the next night just to make sure she was still ok, Mykayla approached us with the same wonderful attitude! Heather, the receptionist, was so warm & sweet. She showed grace to those who were a little anxious about the wait, & made sure everyone waiting knew they hadn't been forgotten! Laiken was our main tech who showed nothing but love & kindness to us & Mila! And I am so sorry to the other techs who's names I did not get, but each of them also showed such care & kindness to us & Mila. It is an emergency room, & just like at hospitals for people, animals are triaged as they come in, with the most critical being assisted first no matter when in line they came in. So please be aware of that. Patience & understanding are so important. Some of the people that came in while I was waiting & were assisted before me, didn't go home with thier very much loved family member. 💔 So a huge thank you for the hard work, comapssion, kindness, & support to the staff! 🩷

  Our 7 month old German Shepherd Bronx gave us quite the scare when we got home from work and found he had eaten some things he should not have. We called VCA and they suggested we bring him in. This was at like 11pm on a Saturday, made the drive up to Janesville and I cannot rave enough about the care Bronx received. Everyone was super friendly. They came up with a plan quickly and showed great care for our boy. We cannot thank you all enough!

  The staff at this clinic is phenomenal! They are kind, compassionate, and patient. We have been there multiple times unfortunately and every experience has been top notch care.
