  5 stars for Brian. Thank you for helping me with my new iPhone 18 pro max burgundy. I was so disappointed with Apple customer care service after cancelling my pickup order which was fully paid the previous day. But Brian did not make me feel regret for my 2 hrs drive. I’m Happy and thankful to him for his great service.

  I scheduled an appointment online over 1 day in advance to get a new battery for my iPhone. I was 10 minutes early to my appointment. I was told it would take roughly 2 hours and they had a battery in stock. They just needed to check when it would be done. In the 2 minutes he checked, he came back and told me they couldn’t even work on it today and I would have to leave my phone overnight which I can’t do. They then said they would hold the battery in stock for 5 days but I can only go on the weekends and that wouldn’t hold long enough. I am very disappointed with Apple as I had to plan a trip to their store with an appointment scheduled and other walk-ins were prioritized over mine.

  Dump and the staff suck. My order got cancelled and they weren’t helpful. Just a waste of time.

  Living in NE Wisconsin, this location was closer than going to the Mall location. My genius bar tech Sam was excellent, was able to assist me with an issue I couldn't figure out. It was the same as going to any other Apple store. Will return if I need additional help!

  Made an appointment for 12:15. Waited until 12:40 before getting helped. And all they told me was that my phone qmwas unrepairable and they didnt have the phone in stock. No checking, nothing. Then theybtold me theybcouldnt do anything else for me in store and I HAD to do express online replacement which is a lie. Terrible experience. Ruined the brand for me. And I will be contacting corporate. I didnt pay 1300 dollars and a 14 dollar a month subscription to not get asimsistance in the actual apple store.
