  Five stars because of Scott. I came in to look/buy my first ever MacBook. Had my mind mostly made up when I walked in, but ultimately ended up with much more computer than I intended. Couldn’t be happier. Also I attended my first class on a Mac book of owning it for two weeks and still learned new things. Go ask for Scott, super knowledgeable, welcoming, and committed to what he does. Thank you!

  Terribly rude employees and not willing to help anyone. Most of the time when I’m in this store there’s at least 4 or 5 Apple employees standing around with their head up their butts playing on their watches or phones or ignoring customers. Come in for an appointment and you still have to wait way past your time even if just for a return. Go to Mayfair instead. Way nicer people that care and actually want to work. Bayshore sucks. That mall is going downhill fast and lots of stores are pulling out. Just do your apple purchasing online.

  Free repair! Very professional service to my iPhone, as well as customer service. Zack was very professional and understanding the entire time. My iPhone Air had broken front glass, and back glass. I had AppleCare and was prepared to pay. However, on their end kept showing I owed $0.00. Afterwards, the Genius Bar rep took time to find me a case that would work with the wireless charger in my car and recommended the Apple Bumper Case. Thank you again, Apple! Would return!

  I give Hannah, Andre and, The African American woman with long black hair a million stars. The rest of the staff ignored me for 30 mins upon entering the store and gathered together to chat and joke around. It was about 7 of them, while 3 others were helping people. My device stopped working over the weekend and Sam did his best to order and expedite one, but no updates as of Tuesday evening so they finally gave me a loaner phone. After finally being acknowledged, they put me at the Genius Bar and serviced everyone who walked in after me without an appointment. I know because I asked. I did my best to hold my anger in but this is completely unprofessional. I'm all for employees enjoying their job but PAY ATTENTION to the clients! They are the reason you have work to do.

  Goodl staff if you bring a supportive friend. My tale is long and unfortunately could not be helped here. Set up an appointment online first is my recommendation.
