I tried my best to support brick-and-mortar retail stores. I ordered a gadget as a birthday gift , tried to pick it up the same day, and requested a gift receipt.
Not only did I wait in line for 30 minutes for an online pickup that was already ready, but I also didn't get the gift receipt. The cashier had no idea how to produce one. To make matters worse, a large pickup sticker was stuck directly onto the box, even though it was intended to be a gift.
Thank you, Best Buy, but I'm not coming back anymore.

Got the pleasure of spending some time with all the employees in the break room (their shelter) during the shelter in place warning seconds after buying a laptop. 10/10 recommend, they were all super nice. Will definitely come back.

I'm posting this on Google because the Best Buy site does not give me the option anywhere to give them feedback. I had a great in-person experience on March 25th when Marsh helped me get an account name problem resolved. He was amazing and explained what he was doing while he did it. It took him maybe 10 minutes to resolve something I was trying to figure out all morning. I would have left all of this in the Best Buy Survey but I misunderstood and lumped the in-person support with the phone support, and the phone support was not very helpful. Of course, I could not go back and change my original Best Buy survey.
