  I took my Dyson in and it took less than 30 minutes to repair it. Great customer service!!!

  Exemplary service in the final minute prior to store close. I hastily ventured in with my neural dryer that wouldn't turn on. I am greeted and calmly guided to hand my dryer while then scan a giant QR code. I quickly fill it out and the gent holds the dryer and reads me the serial # . All of 1 minute in they are now past close and I'm being ushered a few feet forward as they pull my warranty. All of 1-2 minutes later they then note I can select a replacement. They didn't have the same weird blue I had and offer a clip board showcasing like 6 options . I call the other half show a picture of them they do a pick. I get a new box with all the attachments. This is was a 5 minute in with issue out with new. No hurrying ,no sorry we're closed. Just impeccable care , especially when they could have very easily just turned me away. Honestly the service experience will be recited to any Dyson tied conversion forward.

  I had an outstanding experience at the Dyson Service Center in Brookfield today. The service was professional, efficient, and far exceeded my expectations. The representative who took care of both of my Dyson vacuum cleaners was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong. In both cases, the filters needed cleaning and there were clogs that were removed. The repairs were completed quickly, and both vacuums are now performing like new. I truly appreciated the honest diagnosis and excellent customer service. I highly recommend the Dyson Service Center in Brookfield to anyone looking for expert Dyson service.
