  I had bought a new android phone it was a Samsung a11 a few months back. From day one my headphone jack was all messed up and no my headphones were not old there were a new par and my phone seemed to not have audio from them also the phone would not accept Bluetooth headset or speakers wouldn't connect. Supposedly the phone was never used bought it brand new. And the customer service was meh they wouldn't give me a new phone or my money back so I'm stuck with a phone that supposed to work considering the phone was never used before my purchase. and another complaint was that Supposedly my service was paid for by my payee who claims to have paid my cricket bill and they were telling me I had to pay a 25$ fee on top of my 40$ service which somehow got switched to a different plan without my knowledge or consent. By the way something seemed odd and shaddy about the store way of business about the whole thing, from the time of my phone purchase and service plan i had set up.
