    I would discourage anyone from working with Lexi at the Geek Squad desk. They didn’t seem to really care about being there, and I also noticed them treating other employees poorly. I completely understand everyone has bad days — customer service isn’t easy, and I’ve worked in that industry for years myself. But after my experience, I can honestly see why a few other reviews mention the same employee. There seemed to be an attitude of acting above others, or just a generally negative vibe that made the whole interaction uncomfortable.

    You're getting help from an employee talking to them. Then another employee come up to you to talking and pull them away. And you're just left standing there waiting for them to come back.

    GeekSquad did a great job with my iPhone 13 mini battery replacement. Ira and Lexi were very helpful and clear. It took about 1.5 hours which was very fast in my opinion!

    Not the greatest experience, would give one star but employees were just doing what they are trained. Myself and a friend were there looking at some laptops for about 20-30 minutes and during that time we had 5 employees ask us 50 questions, there should be some sort of badge for people that don't want to be talked to. Prices on the higher end but to be expected, found some nice things, but sometimes letting customers be and discuss among themselves is a good thing, the amount of people that kept interrupting our discussions asking the same questions drove us out.
