Best buy and this location absolutely do not value you as a customer and customer service is non-existent, not their fault but know what to expect.

For about 2 months Best Buy has "not received pokemon" or only gotten 1 item of 1 sku literally 1 sleeved booster pack, or 1 tin. Best buy distribution would bot bother sending one sleeved booster pack. The employees or managers need to be fired.
