- JLJerrell LewisOct 6, 20265.0READ ALL Dee is amazing and so kind. She helped me get the best deal! EVEN BETTER. She was so transparent of everything and broke everything down & even showed me visuals of what I was looking at. I’ve never felt so at ease . I usually am hesistant. The dynamic between her Zuko & Katie was amazing FIVE STARS FOR THEM!!!! BUT Dusty came in being extremely loud, cursing ( I curse myself but never in a public place when ELDERS are around especially my place of work) As I was in the store for hours in and off getting help with everything I needed by the Amazing Dee and Katie ! I observed Dusty’s poor attitude, vulgarity and straight rudeness to the customers. He even started gossiping and talking bad to other customers about the customer that had just left . He gave me a huge headache butting into everyone’s conversations and being overly loud. That I really wanted to leave but Dee kept checking in on me making progress on all the things I needed help with And getting through the hoops from leaving the company. I love my phone I love the energy and kindness she gave and how attentive she was with not only myself but everyone that she helped. I really appreciate them . I’d ask for one of them and not Dusty if you go to this location. He seems very scattered and not knowledgeable at all.
- BGBill GreeneOct 5, 20265.0I've been having a very frustrating and confusing problem with my phone and Katie took time when I had to go there twice to help me figure it out she was so knowledgeable and so kind and patient. Whatever she's earning she should get more. Thank you so much
