  Katie, the area manager at Cricket, provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time. As an active duty military member, it meant a lot to be treated with such kindness, respect, and genuine appreciation. She went completely above and beyond to help my family and I find the absolute best and most affordable plan possible without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. What truly stood out was that Katie was even able to waive our activation fee, which helped us tremendously. She took the time to explain every option clearly, made sure we understood all the savings available to us, and honestly made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. In today’s world, customer service like this is rare. Katie is professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly cares about the people she helps. Cricket is incredibly lucky to have someone like her representing their company. Because of Katie, we will absolutely continue using Cricket and recommending them to friends, family, and fellow military members.   They charged me for a phone that was advertised as free so I decided to call customer service. The guy I called the first time told me to go in and get my money back. I did and she said she would have to talk to her boss, AFTER she offered to refund me the 93 dollars! She messaged me and said she would have to do all this stuff and so I called customer service again and they said they would open an investigation and I may or may not get my money back because I left the store after paying. But I told them that I told the woman that the phone was advertised as free and why I was doing it this way and she said that I didn't understand. But the thing is, she lied, so I should get my money back. This is fraud. I'm going to talk to my bank about this because I was lied to.
