  Decent selection of electronics and the staff was friendly and helpful during my visit. However, I felt that some items were a bit overpriced compared to online options. Overall, it’s a solid place to shop if you want to see products in person before buying.

  Checked out Best Buy after hearing mixed things, but honestly had no clue what to expect. Got a second opinion on a quote I received elsewhere and went with them instead. They showed up on time and did exactly what they said they would. Out here in Maple Valley, it's nice to find someone reliable.

  Bought a laptop charger that wouldn't work. Tried to return the unopened item, couldn't becsuse the return window is 15 days and I'm on the 21st day. Would've been great to know, oh well. Never shop at best buy.

  I’m not happy with Best Buy. Their prices are terrible and the quality of the products they sell is also terrible. I bought the Insignia Speakers for my laptop and they are garbage. Even with the volume turned up on both my laptop and the speakers they still weren’t loud enough. Also, If they are asking you to purchase a separate warranty for each item you buy, know that products are no longer built to last (this is by design). They will usually last just past the warranty. They want people constantly consuming and buying the same item over and over instead of building products to last for years. The 15 day return policy is also garbage. It should be 3O days. I have a plug I don’t need and now I have to throw it away or donate it. To give you an idea of how awful the prices are, I purchased two phone cords and a plug and it was $55. The fact that they sell phone cords without the plugs is also a negative for the customer. I’m tired of being squeezed by greedy corporations. The only positive is that the employees are very nice and they say hi to you when you enter the store.
