Why didn’t you unlock the stupid thing?! Your costumer service is horrendous! I need my iPad fix but I’m afraid to bring it in to this location! Why is this location so bad?! Is it because it’s in a poor neighborhood?! I will be reporting this to the attorney generals office!😡

We upgraded two of our phones, and they were patient, attentive, and guided us through the entire process from start to finish. We initially visited the Bellevue location, but they didn’t have our preferred colors in stock. Even so, both locations were professional and helpful. That said, we definitely felt the Bellevue store stood out with more cheerful service and an overall better customer experience. That our USUAL STORE!!! As we live close by. In the end, everything worked out and we got the job done—thanks to the great support from Angel and Marc!
