  I have utilized Apple products since 1985 or 86 and the store is a great resource and appreciate having a real in person opportunity to go over Technology with knowledgeable staff, there’s nothing that beats this. I’m worried that this will be one of those classic locations that will just get discarded and depersonalized by the artificial intelligence systems which sucks most of the time. It’s just not the same thing and it replaces people who are real and it’s just, a cave into the culture of stupidity, even though it’s supposedly high-tech. (If it closes).

  Very professional, well stocked. I didn't have a long wait. So convenient since this store was added to the mall.

  We had a small issue with our I phone, we just walked up to an apple associate , explained our issue, and they were more than happy to assist us.

  I visited the Apple Store at Westfield for a scheduled iPhone battery replacement and left frustrated by the lack of communication throughout the process. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told I needed to wait about an hour to reset my password and disable Find My iPhone before the repair could begin. It was around 4:45 PM, so I specifically confirmed that the store closed at 7:00 PM and let the staff know I would return around 5:45 PM. When I came back, I was then told that my phone would have to be left overnight because there were only two technicians handling repairs. Had I been told that from the beginning, I could have made a different decision and avoided making a second trip. I understand that staffing challenges happen, but having only two repair technicians available on a busy weekend seems inadequate for the volume of appointments being scheduled. My biggest disappointment wasn’t the wait—it was the poor communication. Clear expectations upfront would have saved me time, frustration, and two unnecessary trips to the store. The staff members I spoke with were polite, but the overall repair experience felt disorganized and poorly communicated.
