  As the mom of 3 dogs who have faced many serious health issues, I have had lots of experiences with specialists, emergency hospitals, and veterinarians across more than five states. Because of that, I have become a fairly discerning pet owner and I can recognize when a veterinarian is truly passionate, knowledgeable, and committed to their patients. Dr. Jagger is exactly that kind of veterinarian. She is not only highly skilled, but she also goes above and beyond to understand each patient’s condition, no matter how uncommon or complex it may be. We have seen her for issues such as IBD and heartworm disease—conditions that are not commonly treated in our area—and she has consistently put tremendous effort into making sure everything is done properly. We always felt exceptionally well cared for. I first came to Dr. Jagger frightened and overwhelmed after receiving a very concerning diagnosis. From the beginning, she made me feel that she knew exactly what she was doing. She was compassionate, took extra time with us, and approached every detail with care and precision. I truly could not have asked for a better veterinarian. We have been coming here for over three years. I waited to write this review because I wanted to share it after seeing the long-term results—and today, my dogs are doing great, all thanks to Dr. Jagger. We have found the perfect veterinarian, and I would not want to take my dogs anywhere else. The front-desk staff also deserves recognition. They are consistently kind, patient, and genuinely eager to help, always without attitude.

  I took my senior dog here for 5 or 6 years, even after I moved a bit further away. My dog was comfortable coming here and she was cared for.

  Id been sent around from place to place trying to get my cat checked out. They werent able to to see my cat. But the receptionist was very helpful and got a me a list of other places that'll be able to help

  I called to schedule an urgent appointment for my pup who suffered an injury. They scheduled me the next day to have him evaluated. The receptionist/tech was super kind & helpful! Will be switching to this hospital for my primary vet!

  They are awesome. Bring your babies here for excellent service the doctors and staff are awesome. My girls got fixed.
