  I tried calling to see if I can purchase or order a new screen protector for my phone, and an AI representative answered the phone. After a full clock minute (I was watching the call time) of introducing itself, I was prompted to describe what I was looking for. It didn't understand me the first time, so I had to repeat myself. Then, it basically said it couldn't help me, told me to download an app, and then before I could ask any follow-up questions, I was hung up on. Just have a person answer the phone, I'm happy to wait. Edit: I was able to step inside the store a couple hours later because I was nearby, and while they weren't able to help me directly, the staff themselves were incredibly friendly and gave their best advice. Because of their kind service, I bumped up my review by 1 star.

  Love best buy. We buy all our electronics from here but this time we bought our TV from Costco. 85in with a 5yr warranty Samsung TV from Costco for $800 cause all the TVs at Best buy were too expensive.

  Employee named Miles helped me out today. He’s a model employee and helped me save on a purchase. Hopefully his leadership keeps his name in mind for a raise or promotion. It’s hard to come by an employee like himself! Great service!

  Best buy sells HP printers that require you to have a subscription plan in order to print. They're making a monopoly out of forcing you to use their own ink not allowing any third parties ink. On top of that, they will disable you're a printer even if you have ink and paper, because you're not paying a subscription plan. How scammy of a company and shame on best buy for even allowing these in their stores. No one told me about this when I originally bought my printer.
