we were told we were waiting in line.. behind who? seemed to be no one, stood around until they finally sorted us out. employees were kind and helpful but waiting 15+ minutes when ive come in knowing what i wanted is not great service.

I was there with my daughter for 15+ minutes. It was not that crazy busy ..it was on a Thursday, so we patiently waited, and waited...nobody seems to notice us!! We even called out one lady...said she was busy and will get someone to us. She went to the backroom. We still waiting!! I don't want to think it's because of my skin...but i can't help it. We saw about 5 other patrons come in and getting noticed right away. After about 20minutes my 7 year old daughter felt it too and said..."mom..no one is coming to help us. Can we go now". I had to leave...I was ready to buy a $2500 MacBook for my husband so...I left and as I write this review i am still feeling something inside of me. Thank you Apple store for confirming my choices..I will never, I mean never ...do business with you since that day, today and in the future. I got a good Samsung laptop for my husband and he loves it. I took my business somewhere else deserving of my hard earned money 💰.

So, I get there at 12 in the afternoon. Walked in they made an appointment. They had me wait for FOUR hours and still did not help me. I asked people where I was at in line they kept putting me behind everyone who walked in instead of helping me. They continuously would say I was next in line and then allow 5 people to get ahead of me. After waiting for four hours they tell me yet again 5 people are ahead of me after saying there was only one ahead of me moments before. So I leave because I’m not trying to live in the Apple Store at that point, I’m a vet with appointments to handle I can not just spare 8 hours of my time with Apple…then I leave and 30 min after 5 hours total they tell me when I’m halfway home that they can see me now and to check in. I’m disturbed by the lack of communication and accountability in this store. I normally do not write reviews but what should have been a quick and easy fix, caused me to lose 5 hours total of my time.

I purchased Airpod Max2 headphones online from Costco. They were received several days later. They arrived in a new, sealed box as they should have. After trying them out I was not satisfied with the sound quality so I drove an hour and a half to my local store to return them. Upon inspection at the warehouse it was determined that Apple packaged a completely different pair of headphones inside of the box I received. The model number didn’t match. The serial number didn’t match. The Apple care I purchased was not attached the headphones because of the mismatched serial numbers. I have spent an entire week going back and forth with Costco.com customer service and Apple to try to get a return resolution. I did not get what I purchased and am not at fault in anyway. I am a victim of an error made by either Costco or Apple and yet neither company will make this right. I was told by Costco that they cannot help me because the serial number doesn’t match and there is nothing they can do. I was told by Apple that they have no leg in the race since the purchase was made at Costco. I now have to eat a $600 pair of headphones because 2 companies that I spend a ton of money with would rather lose my business than believe that a mistake could’ve been made with out malus on my end. I have asked every person I have talked to at both Costco and Apple to simply google if mis match serial numbers and/or products happen when purchased from Apple directly or Costco. Because guess what it happens. Not the first time and won’t be the last.
My advice to any Apple user is to never purchase an Apple product outside of Apple’s physical store and make sure you open and confirm right there before leaving that you are getting what you thought you purchased. This is the most frustrating thing I have ever experienced and now I have to choose to end my spending with both Costco and Apple as a result. I will not support companies that do not stand behind their products, their policies, or their customers!
