I had a very disappointing experience at the Tacoma mall Apple Store. I came in hoping to get help resolving an issue with my but instead I was met with unhelpful and unprofessional treatment from management and staff.
Rather than listening to my concerns and working toward a solution, the management made me feel dismissed and unwelcome. Their attitude came across as intimidating and confrontational instead of supportive. At one point, I felt as though I was being treated like a problem rather than a customer seeking assistance. The way I was looked at and approached made me feel uncomfortable, as if they were ready to escalate the situation instead of simply addressing my concerns respectfully.
Customer service should make people feel heard and valued, especially when they are dealing with an issue involving an expensive product. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and overall negative atmosphere reflected badly on the store’s management and staff.
I expect much better from Apple. I hope this location improves its customer service approach and trains its management team to handle customer concerns with professionalism, respect, and a genuine willingness to help.

I remember the days when Apple was a world leader the the most cutting technology and treated their customers so well. Times have changed. They've lost their edge and competitive advantage. Now customers are treated like an inconvenience and get the run around. Their corporate arrogance has filtered down to the stores. Done!

I was in the store for like 15min and nobody approached me, everyone who was not busy was just chatting with their colleagues. I walked past people twice while looking for something and I was ignored. Will not be going there again!

Terrible experience my phone is broken I pay. For an extended warranty and they won’t replace the phone with out sending my phone out for 2weeks. It’s. My business phone. 1800$ deposit and I still have to wait for a phone. This is unacceptable
