  Unfortunately, I have nothing good to say about this place. I took my pet in for a dog bite and they wanted to charge me over $4000 after saying that I could not pay that they referred me to low cost treatments places, but told me that I needed to buy medication from them which I spent another $150 just for the medication that was not even needed. I asked if they would take back the medication that was unopened or used and was very rude to me on the phone and then proceeded to hang up on me and then not even answer the phone when I was trying to call back… This is very disappointing

  The vet tech Shenandoah brought my kitten back into the exam room with a bandage on his leg and told me she broke his leg. This apparently was her idea of a joke. Insane behavior. The other techs and the front desk ladies were great. Edit: Either you used AI to respond or you seem to be misunderstanding. He was taken into another room to get a vaccine, when he was brought back he had a bandage on the vaccine site and she said that she broke my cat’s leg as a joke. You guys are nuts.

  So I made a first time appt. To get my puppy his booster shots, but I never even got there. 2.5 hours before his appt. I got a text saying doctor was sick and needed to cancel and I could call if I wanted to reschedule. It’s understandable stuff happens but I thought it was very unprofessional for them not to even try to reschedule him. So I won’t be going there, definitely don’t feel welcome.

  Vet prices seemed overly expensive, esp when I can go to humane society... not to mention that *they called us* to set up a kitten appointment. We were rescheduled twice, both times the day of the appointment, because they were understaffed. Definitely my last visit. What staff they do have seemed lovely, so two stars instead of one.
