  Unprofessional staff with attitudes and overpriced. According to other reviews i would also not trust them with your pet. Will not be bringing mine back here ever again.

  I enjoy my experiences with taking my cats here! They have taken great care of my cats and their vaccinations. I do wish they weren’t as expensive.

  I am disappointed. The unprofessionalism was disheartening. My cat had an emergency so we took him here. While we were waiting we overheard the workers at the desk talking negatively about clients. There were at least two different occasions where they would make an appointment confirmation call then gossip about it afterwards while there were other clients present in the waiting room. After the surgery, when the bill came up the front desk gave me the total with no break down. Turns out, it was higher than predicted due to an added bill which I was supposed to get an invoice on so I can add it on by choice. They didn't go over that with me, went ahead and added it and i was going to pay an extra almost $300. Will never come back here. It’s unfortunate because the surgery, as far as I know, went well and the doctor was decent.

  Unfortunately, I have nothing good to say about this place. I took my pet in for a dog bite and they wanted to charge me over $4000 after saying that I could not pay that they referred me to low cost treatments places, but told me that I needed to buy medication from them which I spent another $150 just for the medication that was not even needed. I asked if they would take back the medication that was unopened or used and was very rude to me on the phone and then proceeded to hang up on me and then not even answer the phone when I was trying to call back… This is very disappointing
