  After being with T-Mobile for years, they decided to take us off our plan and move us to a “newer” plan. This plan was NOT only more expensive, but came with limited benefits. I had the opportunity to visit this location where Ethan did his thing & took care of me. He had the patience to work with me past closing hours just to get me home with my new service. He went above and beyond. As a new customer, the experience at this location was unmatched. Thank you, Ethan! :)

  By far the best Cricket retailer in Spokane. It's not the closest to my house, but it's worth the drive. I really appreciate the sincere service and helpfulness. No high-pressure upsells. Just helping me solve my problems. I'll be back.
