The manager Jeff is a G!!! I was ready to goto a different phone company and he fixed the issue with ease! Much appreciated!

After being with T-Mobile for years, they decided to take us off our plan and move us to a “newer” plan. This plan was NOT only more expensive, but came with limited benefits. I had the opportunity to visit this location where Ethan did his thing & took care of me. He had the patience to work with me past closing hours just to get me home with my new service. He went above and beyond. As a new customer, the experience at this location was unmatched. Thank you, Ethan! :)

I have never had a positive experience at this location. I have had to use this location in the past, and as long as you are buying something, they will treat you marginally. If you want to service your account or ask a question, they get very curt, and make you feel like "buy something, or leave". I will no longer use this location.
