  I went to the Apple Store in Spokane expecting to pick up the one thing I actually needed—a MacBook Neo for school—only to find out it was completely out of stock. ​As a college student, timing is everything. Waiting two weeks for an online delivery isn't an option when classes are already underway, assignments are piling up, and I need a working laptop right now. ​What makes it frustrating is looking at third-party retailers like Costco and Amazon, which somehow manage to keep Apple products fully stocked while Apple’s own flagship store lets its shelves sit completely empty. You’d think the brand's official brick-and-mortar location would be the most reliable spot to buy their newest entry-level Mac, but instead, I walked out empty-handed. Disappointing experience for students who need gear today, not weeks from now.

  I spent sixteen hundred dollars on an iPhone 18 on the apple website. When I came into the store 20 minutes early I waited for an additional 30 minutes waiting for the email to actually receive the phone I paid for. I never received the email and when I asked for assistance I was bounced around to 3 different people to be eventually told that I would either have to wait another hour or cancel the order and buy another phone. Needless to say I'm never going back and I should have never decided to buy an iPhone in the first place.

  Understaffed, wouldn’t sell me a phone off the shelf without waiting an hour. I needed no setup, no help, but they wouldn’t sell me at all. Had 4 people standing around apparently unable to ring me up. Don’t bother going in store, they are not helpful. It’s a 5 minute transaction at the very most.

  I had an appointment. I showed up on time. Then I watched walk-ins get served before me. At this point, I’m pretty sure the appointment system is just an elaborate social experiment to see how long someone will sit quietly before questioning their life choices. Next time I’ll skip the appointment and just walk in. Apparently “appointment” means “please arrive early so you can wait longer.” 10/10 would recommend if you enjoy paying for the privilege of being ignored in an organized manner.

  Ok $ 149 later and it didn’t fix my husbands phone. So he paid a premium price for their mistake. People, don’t shop at this store they don’t have your interest in mind. Only what they can get from you. Bad business. Apple doesn’t make phones that last. You pay thousands for a phone that lasts less than two years then you have to pay for it all over again. Way to go Apple. That’s not trustworthy business. Shame is on you. I know this bad review won’t help you be better because so many people don’t care. You take advantage of that. Shame on you.
