Very helpful staff, especially Steve! I’m grateful we an Apple Store in Spokane with quality people. Thank you to everyone who assisted in getting my iPad to me! I appreciate it!
Worked with Justin. Had an issue with my camera. He was great. Took a few hours but they diagnosed the problem.
Mainly writing to praise Justin as he was good to work with
Worst experience I’ve had at an Apple Store. The employee assisting us this afternoon on 5/6 had a very poor attitude, and the manager was no better. We were there to pick up our new iPhone, but instead of helping, they told us the data transfer would take an hour and acted as if it was too much trouble. In reality, it only took 12 minutes.
Experiences like this give Apple a bad reputation. We’ve been loyal Apple customers for more than 15 years, and today’s visit was extremely disappointing. I remember when Apple Stores were known for welcoming customers and having employees eager to help with a positive attitude. Today, it felt like they were looking for every reason to rush us out of the store instead.

As the author of The Grant Colson Thriller Series, I pay attention to clean, efficient retail spaces, and Apple Store at River Park Square is a solid downtown location.
Parking can be a factor since it’s right on the main drag, but the River Park Square garage makes access much easier if street parking is full.
The store has the classic Apple layout with a wide-open floor and clear product zones. The selection was excellent, and they had my new phone in stock, which made it easy to walk in and get exactly what I needed without waiting on an online order. I also picked up a case and had time to try out the Apple Vision hardware and listen to the HomePod.
While working on the Maui Desire Romance Series, I also notice how these environments feel, and this one keeps everything simple, polished, and easy to use.
The staff is professional, attentive, and consistent with what you expect from Apple. It’s a dependable location with strong inventory and a smooth in-store experience.
We visited the Apple Store in Spokane today to purchase new iPhones, and our experience was a bit of a mixed bag, hence the three stars.
When we first arrived, we were helped by an employee named Cordeau. Unfortunately, the interaction wasn’t great. He came across as quite pompous and overly pushy, especially when it came to upselling AppleCare and additional services like Apple Fitness, Apple Music, and Apple Arcade. Even after clearly declining multiple times, he continued to press the issue, which made the experience uncomfortable. He also seemed rushed and made me feel like the questions I was asking were trivial or inconvenient. On top of that, he gave the impression that he was burned out and didn’t enjoy his job, which affected the overall tone of the interaction.
Thankfully, things turned around when my wife was assisted by Ted. He was the complete opposite, kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer questions thoroughly and made sure we felt comfortable with our purchase without any pressure. It was a night-and-day difference compared to our earlier interaction.
Ted, thank you for your excellent customer service. You made a big difference in our visit. Apple, please hire more Teds.
